I am a Licensed Psychologist with a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
I also am an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), holding two Master's Degrees (M.S. Clinical Psychology, M.A. Counseling Psychology).

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

— Carl Jung

I approach my patients with integrity, authenticity and respect while I help them explore new ways to grow and make positive changes. I work from an integrative perspective and rely on a broad range of techniques, including EMDR (Eye Movement & Desensitization Reprocessing), psychodynamic methods, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-based, hypnotherapy and family systems interventions, including the Gottman Couples Therapy method level 3 trained with the Gottman Institute.

I have a variety of qualifications that add to my experience, knowledge and treatment methods in many areas of mental health, including traumatic stress and addiction disorders.
